We Are The Taxpayer is in the beginning stage of establishment. Our focus is on the governments of our local Southern Minnesota Schools, Cities, Townships and Counties.

Our constitution was set up to be controlled from the bottom-up, not the top-down. It is past time that control is put back in the hands of the electors - the taxpayers.

We welcome your involvement. We need to pay attention to what our elected officials are doing with the power given to them by our vote, and remain keenly aware of who they may possibly be relinguishing that power to. Many times the persons voted into an office pay another entity to perform the work they signed up to do in our behalf, paying the non-elected third party with monies garnered from us, through taxes. We're forced to pay them both.
